Kory Stafford hosted the "Alpha Mortgage Show" on many radio stations through out
the southern part of the United States and Texas including the ABC Radio Network
on News Talk 820 WBAP, and was heard on Saturday afternoons from 1997
til early 2008. Kory pioneered radio and television advertising for the mortgage
industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and throughout Texas in the early 90's as
host of the Alpha Mortgage Show and Fall Home Buyers'
Seminars as well as many Real Estate Investment Seminars.
A real estate investor and developer, Kory was president and CEO of Alpha
Mortgage USA, a company he founded in 1993 for over 15 years. Kory is also very
involved with Bellaire Custom Homes LLC in which he partners with Bellaire's
President, Charles Fowler.
Recognized for his outstanding service and commitment as a business leader, Kory
received the 2003 national leadership Award as Honorary Chairman on the Business Advisory Council from the
National Republican Congressional Committee. In addition, Kory is listed as an honored professional in the
American Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Businesses (1997-8) and a member of the Dallas chapter of
"The Young Entrepreneurs Organization" (1997-9). Kory's hobbies include song writing, playing guitar and piano,
as well as riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and boating. He is a born-again Christian and attributes his success
to the Lord.
In 2008 Kory partnered with National Mortgage Banker, Benchmark Mortgage also headquartered in Dallas,
Texas to become a Branch Partner and continue the tradition of Mortgage Planning as a well Know Mortgage
Advisor.
